• Corporate, Commercial and Contract, Employment, including negotiating agreements, Franchise Law, Commercial leasing, Shareholder Problems, Dispute Resolution and Law related to Dental Practices .
  
• Consulted by members of the profession with respect to practice and procedure in Labour Law, Real Property Law, Commercial Lease Law, Law Office Management, Legal Ethics, and various Alternative Dispute Resolution matters.
  
• Chaired numerous labour arbitrations, including chairing Boards of Inquiry pursuant to the Human Rights Code.
  

Arbitration and Mediation:

• Appointed as a mediator in disputes before the Courts.
  
• Chaired Appeals under the Forest Act dealing with the cancellation of a pulp wood agreement.
  
• Appointed as an Arbitrator or Adjudicator by the Federal Minister of Labour and the Provincial Minister of Labour on numerous arbitrations and adjudications.
  
• Mediated Disputes for various Federal Government Ministries.
  
• Discipline Panel member for the British Columbia Real Estate Council of British Columbia.
  
• Mediated and arbitrated disputes in various areas including: Commercial, Real Estate, Corporate, Estate, First Nations, Partnership, Leasing, Employment and Labour, Insurance, Maritime, Personal Injury, and Professional Negligence, Professional Associations, Construction and Estate.
