Since September 1, 1971, been involved in numerous conveyances, both commercial and residential, including all financial arrangements involved therein and acting on behalf of major financial institutions.
Consulted by members of the profession with respect to practice and procedure in Labour Law, Real Property Law, Commercial Lease Law, Law Office Management, Legal Ethics, and various Alternative Dispute Resolution matters.
Chaired numerous labour arbitrations, including chairing Boards of Inquiry pursuant to the Human Rights Code.
Arbitration practice includes Commercial Lease Arbitration, contract interpretation arbitration and other forms of corporate and commercial arbitration involving substantial sums of monies, and other alternative dispute resolution matters. 
Appointed as a mediator in disputes before the Courts.
Chaired Commercial Lease Arbitrations; Chaired Construction Dispute Arbitrations; and Chaired Appeals under the Forest Act dealing with the cancellation of a pulp wood agreement.
Chaired various Real Estate Arbitrations.
Appointed as an Arbitrator or Adjudicator by the Federal Minister of Labour and the Provincial Minister of Labour on numerous arbitrations and adjudications for approximately 30 years.
Mediated Disputes for various Federal Government Ministries.
